Improvement of waste management practise at KSD local municipality through rehabilitating the existing landfill site at Mqanduli which includes the following:- 1.Fencing of Mqanduli site.
2.Construction of Mqanduli Guard House. 3.Ablution facility at Mqanduli. 4.Construction of sorting facility at Mqanduli. 5.Construction of internal access road at Mqanduli. 6.Signages.
7.Mqanduli landfill site clearance. 8.Mqanduli landfill site firebelt creation, and also includes the rehabilitation towards closure of the MTHATHA waste disposal site which entailes the following:- 9.Compaction of waste at Mthatha site. 10.Construction of Mthatha internal access road.
